Official Rules — $100 Visa Gift Card Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The $100 Visa Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by C 2 Provisions, LLC, Keller, Texas (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and persons living in the same household are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) on October 31, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on July 4, 2027 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Each entry, however obtained, has an equal chance of winning.

• Purchase entry: Place an order for a suppressor through C 2 Provisions during the Entry Period, including an order placed at silencershop.com/C2Provisions with C 2 Provisions selected as the dealer. Each qualifying suppressor order receives one (1) automatic entry. Suppressor purchases remain subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Free alternate method of entry: Complete and submit the free entry form at c2provisions.com/giveaway.html during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) free entry per person. Multiple free entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, automated, or received outside the Entry Period are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for technical failures.

5. Prize

One (1) prize: one (1) $100 Visa gift card. Approximate retail value (ARV): $100. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Drawing & Winner Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after July 4, 2027. The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided. The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification; otherwise the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may require the potential winner to verify eligibility (including age) before the prize is awarded.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.

9. General Conditions & Release

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if it cannot run as planned, in which case a winner may be selected from eligible entries received before the action. By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize. Where permitted by law, the winner's first name, city, and state may be announced.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used only to administer this Giveaway, and for C 2 Provisions communications only if the entrant opts in. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

11. No Endorsement

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Visa, or Silencer Shop.
